A staple at the Japanese steakhouse, I believe this is actually called Hibachi Shrimp (or seafood?) Sauce. We're going to call it Yum Yum Sauce because I think it is cute.
This stuff used to be my favorite part of going out to have hibachi with my family when I was a kid. This sauce is truly magical. I really enjoy it with sushi or summer rolls, or with what I have most recently discovered- shishito peppers. This sauce makes the perfect addition to your Asian (or *insert other cultural cuisine here*) influenced meals.

Obviously, finding out that something you once so very much enjoyed is not Vegan and therefore you can no longer consume it, sucks. That's okay, because I have the copycat recipe for you to enjoy this sauce without causing any harm to the animals.
For this recipe, you will need:
1 Cup of Follow Your Heart Vegan Mayo
4 Tbsp of Cold Water
1 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
1 Tsp of Melted (but chilled) Vegan Butter
1/2 Tsp of Sugar
1/2 Tsp of Paprika
1/4 Tsp of Rice Vinegar
Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly and keep the sauce refrigerated for about 6 hours before using it to allow for the flavors to truly marinate.
